The only pictures we ever take anymore are of Maura so, my blog updates are just going to be of her it seems like now!

Baby girl is 7 months old!

The first time she got sick was Christmas morning! It was so so sad. I just wish I could be sick in her place! We found out that she hates the bulb suction, which who would?

We had such a great Christmas, all three of us got spoiled. Maura was so much more interested in all the wrapping paper than the presents. Next year will be a little more fun with Mar when she actually knows what is going on!
Anyway, this is my very short and sweet update!

Giving Thanks

First, our little miss Maura turned 6 months old! Its unbelievable that I had her 6 months ago. I've just got to stop blinking.....

We couldn't decide which picture to use. The picture below makes her look like such a big girl.

This year our family got to give thanks down south in Mesa, AZ. We got to visit my grandparents who havent been able to meet Maura yet. We also go to see all of my Aunts and cousins.

The weather was sooooo nice! On one of the nice days my Grandpa treated us to burgers at the country club, and a couple of buckets of balls. FYI- My grandpa is the oldest member at the club (he is almost 89 years old) and has been a member since 1954! He plays golf everyday.

One thing that is awesome about having Thanksgiving in Az? We got to eat outside! Ahhhhh, so nice.

My little Maura is getting big....well actually she hasn't grown that much since last month but she has had a lot of milestones.

She rolled over!! Once she got to her stomach she had no idea what to do, it was so cute.

She rode a horse! Ha, ha, ha.

She started eating solid foods! (yes, everything has an explanation point)

And she really liked it. She has been eating so well ever since she was born, so it wasn't much of a surprise.

She has also started to sit up on her own, LOVE her baths, sleep in her crib (huge), growl (yep growl), reach for things she wants, and loves stuffed toys.

My Little Baby is 3 Months!

Its been the best/busiest/crazy/awesome last three months of our lives!

Maura got blessed by Kory, which was so incredible. He did such a good job. Maura looked beautiful! We were lucky enough that my Mom saved my blessing dress so we could have Maura wear it.

Maura has started laughing. It is pretty hilarious to see Kory, and I try to get her to laugh because we look like IDIOTS but its to worth it to hear her little giggle. Her little personality is really starting to show through. Some of the other little things we have noticed is she LOVES her baths, loves to kick, loves cuddling with her Daddy, loves to lay on her back, loves to watch the colors on the tv, loves to be outside and would love outside if we let her, she is starting to whine when we put her in her carseat, she is starting to reach for things and gets so excited when she touches something on her own, she recognizes Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, and Mimi's voice and smiles as soon as she hears it. She is not quite in her crib yet but getting really close.

Man, we love this little girl and would never want our lives any other way!

Another blog post in just a day?? I know, so unlike me!

But Miss Maura is 2 months! I can't believe she is that old.

This girl is getting so chunky! I love it.

Not to much has changed since last month except she is holding her head up better, and she is smiling at us! (if we are lucky and make really weird faces)

and sometimes she is just tired of putting on a show.

Maura's Birth Story

Ok, so I've been asked by a couple of people to post Maura's birth story and I need to tell, and document it before I forget!!

On May 31st (memorial day) it was turning out to be a normal Monday, I was of course irritable and uncomfortable but I was excited because we had a doctors appointment at 3:00 and I was hoping he was going to tell me I was dialated and send me to the hospital, but alas he did not. He did however tell me and Kory that it seems very possible this little girl could come within the next week! I thought, "ok, i can do this. One more week is not bad, its not bad, thats not that bad". On the way home I was thinking how nice and HOT it was outside, I even asked Kory if he thought it was way way hot, but he just thought it was a nice comfortable Memorial day. The car said the temp was 71 degrees outside which is perfect! I didn't know why I felt so hot, but I just chalked it up to being pregnant and not used to warmer weather.

We came home and I walked the dog and Kory was luckily working across the street excavating a new house for us. As the day went on I did NOT feel right. I was hot, sweaty, nauseated, and just yucky and on top of everything I was having contractions every 3-7 minutes apart. Around 7 o'clock I decided I didn't care if my friends at work would make fun, mock at my first time Motherly worries and send me home I needed to go to Labor and Delivery just for my peace of mind! Of course when I called Kory in the house and told him we were going, he didn't believe me. And on the entire way to the hospital he had to keep asking me if this was for real. I told him they will most likely send me home anyway so not to worry.

We got to the hospital around 8 o'clock and put into the triage room in L&D. I had a couple of contrations but nothing consistant, (working there I know if it looks serious or not, and mine did not look like I was staying) So, they took some vitals and looked at the baby heart rate. My tempature was 38.0 C. and baby heart rate was up in the 180's (little high) so just to be safe my doctor ordered labs and it turned out there was a reason for my feeling "icky"(for lack of a better term) My total blood count was extremely low which inticated with my temp and baby high heart rate that I had an infection called Chorioamnioitis. Which basically means the baby needs to come out before she got infected. My sweet Dad came to the hospital to give me a blessing with Kory at 1:30 in the morning! After that I felt so much calmer and was ready to have this little girl. They put me in a room right away and started me on some antibiotics and pitocin to make my labor go a little quicker, and dang that stuff works! I got an epidural pretty much right away but the epidural couldn't keep up with how quick my body was laboring, so lets just say it wasn't a pleasant experience! I finally did get comfy at the very end when I was ready to push because the sweet anest. doc gave me a generous redose! After the pit was started I delivered my sweetheart in 6 hours. It was the most memorable experience Kory and I have had. Neither of us will ever forget it!

They let me and Kory hold her for about an hour but then had to admit her to the NICU to give her antibiotics to make sure she didn't get the infection I had. It wasn't fun for me not to have my baby with me in my room for the next couple of days, but it was good to know she was being taken care of.

I can't believe we have this sweet angel in our lives! We love her so much.

We grow more and more in love with this baby every day. Kory and I can't keep from saying how much we love her and how much we just want to eat her up! She is ours?!

What we know about our little girl so far...

1. She is a gassy little thing. Which I'm not sure is normal or not, because this is more of a constant thing

2. She loves to watch tv. Don't get me wrong, I don't put her in front of it all the time but whenever there is a tv on she just loves to stare directly at it forever!

3. She loves her bundles

4. She loves to make funny faces....

5. She LOVES cuddling with her Daddy.

Kory and I never knew that we could love something this much! She has brought so much to our lives. We want to just look at her all day and night. (which is happening with the no sleep thing) Its amazing that this little creature came from our Heavenly Father and he has chosen US to watch over, protect, and raise her in this life. We are so beyond humbled and grateful for this perfect little human being!

Getting Ready

Baby is getting closer, and closer which is a good thing because my patience is getting less, and less to meet this sweet little girl. I don't think Kory or I really comprehend that we are going to have a baby. I mean we know she is coming but its still so surreal, ya know?

Anyway, I have my first shower this weekend that my Sisters, and Mom are throwing for me and I am so excited because it means we are far along enough for me to actually have a shower! We bought our crib, glider, car seat, stroller, bassinet, breast pump, little bit of diapers, and a little bit of clothes so far on our own, but I've been asking everyone what is something they can't live without with a newborn? Let me know if you can think of anything!

Finally a new update! Ok, really scared to put picks of me and my belly up on my blog but, I love seeing other people's bellys when they are prego. (so, please don't be critical ) :)

In fact, my tummy didn't really ever really "poke" until about 2 weeks ago so I have an excuse why I haven't been giving people of my "belly bump watch" til now! (oh, and our computer broke)

We also had our "big/target" ultrasound and I started bawling because we got to see little baby M's face and profile!! She always has her hands up by her face and today wasn't any different. Its hard to get a 4D picture, so its not her its just how the ultrasound is! ( I about killed my sister when she told me my baby was "weird lookin")

Spice, and all thats nice! This baby is going to be a little girl!!

We love seeing her on the ultrasound, but this time of all times of course this little girl was being a little too modest. The doctor had to jiggle the baby a little, and I also had to walk around for a couple of minutes but FINALLY she let us see! Little stinker.

Ok, all my thoughts fix on whether this little peanut is a boy or a girl! Its all I think about, but luckily I won't have to be in agony to much longer because we find out the sex in 3 days! I'm so nervous/excited/scared.....with a lot of other emotions thrown in there.

On another note. Kory and I had an AWESOME Christmas! We were really spoiled by our family ( so was the baby) I think Kory got me the best present though. He got me a spa gift card called the Mother/baby package for pregnant woman! I am so excited!! Maybe I should use it before we find out the sex to calm me down?

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas as well!

I can't seem to describe how excited, happy, and grateful Kory and I are. We went to our 12 week appointment today and saw our little peanut. Man, this kid is ACTIVE! He/she was playing with his/her feet, it was so cute! Kory seems to think this kid has already inherited his A.D.D. and I think the kid has just got my dancing gene.
No wonder how tired and sick I've been lately, this kid has grown so much in just 2 weeks! We'll get to see the gender in just 4 weeks, which is just a week after Christmas!

What do you think we are having?

Its true, we are having a baby! We could not be more thrilled! I'm 11 weeks and feel horrible. Its great! Our due date is June 14th 2011. We have LOTS of ultrasounds but this one is our favorite...

To blog!! My baby sister Daynna, didn't tell (almost) anybody she sent in her mission papers a couple months ago!!
So you can guess how excited/surprised we were when we came over for our Sunday dinner and she announces she is opening a Mission Call from the LDS church!!

And she is going to........The Baltic mission!!! Yes, we didn't really know where that was either

Really?? Its a good thing this girl is a 4.0 student because she is going to need her smarts to speak ESTONIAN!!

I love you Daynna!! Congratulations! I won't even talk about how much I'm going to miss you....

You know its pretty bad that I haven't posted anything for a couple of months when Kory actually asks me to update it. OOPS!
Not much is going on here just really enjoying our summer.
Kory took me up to the Uintah mountains a couple of weeks ago. We camped out at a lake then hiked 8 miles to another lake, and the amazing thing is that I survived!!! Here is some of the awesome fish we caught.

We also went wake boarding/ knee boarding with friends a couple of weeks ago.

I don't have very many pictures this summer. I need to work on taking some more!

She's coming home

That is my sweet little sister is coming home!! I can't believe its already been 18 months since she left, its crazy! She is such an awesome missionary, her entire mission is sad to see her go. But we are all so excited to have her home though!

More Remodeling

It is a lot more harder to keep up with this blog than I thought! Only the 2nd month of the year and one of my goals is already out the window.......sigh.
We finally started remodeling our back two rooms! We got really comfortable after remodeling the rest of the house so we needed a break. I've just had to learn lately to KEEP GOING!

Last week we got dumped on by snow!! We went to church then came back to find this in our yard...

Bad pictures I know, but if you look hard you'll see that this branch landed on our cable/tv line.
Luckily our neighbor helped push it off, and then cut it up for us because he wanted to use the wood for his fires he likes to make..... uh, crazy! But helpful.

Millie loved the snow so much! She would throw it in the air and then catch it in her mouth. She is so entertaining! She is also getting to be big (which is about 4 pounds)

I feel like every time I update my blog I need to put some pictures up because I think people won't care to read, they just like to look.....true, or false? So, that is my reason for not updating this like I should!
Millie is driving me CRAZY!! I love the mutt but I can't seem to get her completely potty trained! Every time we made some head way she relapses and pees right on my clothes that are laying on the floor! (good thing they were dirty clothes) We are trying to get her to use a bell that we put on the bottom of the back door so she can just "ring" when she wants out, (Krid's idea) but so far the sound of the bell just scares her......aaagghh. What to do??? I know she is only 12 weeks, so I'll give it more time.

To scout for some of these beasts we went up one of the canyons they were on to look around and on the way we stopped by a beautiful little stream and made a fire, and roasted some hot dogs.
I have pictures but can't upload them for some reason!
I have been working full time in Labor and Delivery ( which is a good distraction from missing Kory.) And that is about it!

In my family we are usually celebrating the 24th at my parents house mostly it is my sister Kellie's birthday. We light fireworks, eat, and watch the fireworks from Lagoon (my parents house has the BEST view). But this year, Kellie is away on her mission, and Lagoon people were being cheap skates so no fireworks. No 24? Then we get a call from our good friends Jon and Julie, REAL game with fireworks! Woohoo!

My youngest nephew turned 2 today!

We went over to his house and ate, and watched fireworks. I feel like I can never get enough of him, he is the cutest thing ever! Kory says I've got to stop smothering my nephews with kisses because they will resent me one day. I can't help it!!

I am officially 25. Holy cow. We went to my Mom and Dad's house to celebrate tonight, and I got the best presents and my Mom made me my favorite home made cheesecake! My sister gave me a cute tank top and some fiber popcorn (she knows I like them), my Mom gave me tons of little food items I like and the cutest pair Hurley pants! My brother and little sister Daynna gave a subscription to People magazine, woohoo! (i was hinting at Kory for weeks for that one.) My sister in law gave me a necklace she made from her own jewelry line. It is a sterling silver square and it has a "W" in the middle, I LOVE it! She also makes, well mainly makes baby and little girls jewelry that is to die for!! Check it out www.emmiekate.com . She has a handful of celeb clients that love her stuff including Tori Spelling! You are amazing Maquel!

It was my day so I got to choose my activities. The night before my birthday Kory asked if I want my birthday present now, and of course I say yes! So he whips out this peice of paper that gave me the choices of all the different things I could do on my birthday with three different categories for an activity during the day, like shopping, lagoon, movie ect. and different dinners, and fun activity at home. During our shopping time we ended up buying a king size bed!! (we really needed it!!) It was an awesome birthday.

Please tell me my husband is not the only one that likes to come home and just take his clothes off!
By taking them off I mean he takes them off while he is telling me about his day then throws them in the hallway, front room, and on the couch and lays on the couch and says, "ahhhhhhh". The entire time I am starring at him in amazement not believing he is doing what he is doing. Lately I've gotten around to saying, "No, in the hamper!" But it doesn't work and I bug him til he picks them up later, or I eventually do it.
I didn't know I would have to be working on this of all things! I'm ok with telling him about the toilet thing, but THIS? Sheesh. Its a good thing I love this man!

We still have the back two rooms of our house to do, and we haven't even started on those! I'm guessing we'll be getting started on them in the next couple months so I'll need to take some before and after pictures as well.
P.S. any ideas for our front room blue room? I don't know what to put or do in there!

Floods!!

Have you heard the news in Fargo, North Dakota? They are being flooded!! Well, at least a couple of weeks ago. Kory, and I have a house out there and it is located about 50 feet away from the Red River (go figure). Luckily, we have some AWESOME renters living there who braved the freezing cold weather to sandbag, sandbag, sandbag! Here is the result.

Small Changes

I got a new job! Since I got married I quit my job at Primary Children's on the Infant Unit which killed me! Since Kory and I have been back from playing baseball last fall I've been working on the same day surgery unit at Mckay Dee hospital. Its a good job but my comfort zone in health care has always been pediatrics or Labor and Delivery! Which is why I now got a new job on the Labor and Delivery Unit, and still work in Same Day Surgery. Which bumps me to about 44 hours a week for awhile. Whoo. I scrub into c-sections and hand tools, also set up for vaginal deliveries, and I love it! People, please don't go natural, no one needs to hear those ear piercing screams or profanities. The babies will come out the same way....

Also, Kory and I have decided NOT to go back to baseball this summer. There are a lot of obvious reasons not to go but one of the smaller ones is that we want to have a normal fun summer together, one that Kory has not had in 9 years. We are going camping, fishing, boating, and swimming baby! Summer cannot come fast enough!

Kory and I decided to go for a little scenic drive up Weber Canyon. Kory brought his pole of course, and we went up to Lost Creek reservoir. We saw the CUTEST little lambs! They were only 3 hours old the owner said.

This one is a twin, so its super small. This is gross, but notice how the baby's cord is still on!

We then proceeded to go down the river a little ways, and Kory got out his fly fishing pole.

It was a nice little Sunday Afternoon!

I can now say I have FINALLY tried the Wii Fit!! I LOVE it!!! I've been going over to my sister's house to play it. My hips are sore from doing the hula hoop game, it feels awesome. I haven't been sore for a long time. Now, I am trying to convince Kory to let me buy one for us. Some of my arguments have been;
1. Its cheaper than a gym membership
2. Cheaper than any machine that we could ever get
3. I can do it in my own home without having to get ready
Does anyone have any other reasons I could give him? I really, really want this!

I also have been trying to figure out what I can do, or how I can display some of Kory's baseball cards that he has acquired throughout his baseball career.

I have about 6 different ones from each team. I want to put them up to show but I can't think of anything really. Any suggestions??

Looking back on 2008, it was the best year of my life for obvious reasons..

I married the love of my life, and never have been happier than I have been this last year.

We traveled all over the country playing baseball.

We also had some heartaches

Kory's Father passed away in July. I was so lucky to have gotten to know him a little bit, and so lucky he was able to see his last son get married in the temple. He had been suffering for so long it was a hard blessing.

We bought a house.

I have nothing to blog about lately. We are so boring.

We painted our kitchen yesterday, and put grout down on our tile in the kitchen. It was not fun.
We are coming along though with the house and that is so exciting!

I have realized that I hate winter. The only thing I can say that I like about it is comfy sweaters, fireplaces, and hot chocolate. Oh, and snowflakes are pretty when you aren't in them!

A couple of weeks ago we went over to my sister's house and while we were doing something else, I went upstairs and this is what the 'boys' were doing.

Isn't that so cute?! They were playing Mario Kart. Ryan LOVES Mario Kart and is determined to be a racer when he grows up. In fact he is going to be one for Halloween.

Another couple Saturdays ago, Kory went fishing with his brother. In 20 degree weather!!

I make this post to remind myself that we do have lives outside of working on our house!!!

Don't you just hate it when you go to a blog expecting to see something new and they haven't posted yet again?! Dang it people! ( I'm sorry, I'm working on it)

So, I had NO idea what we were getting ourselves into when we bought this house. Things need to be done to this house. When I say things I mean every little possible thing you can imagine!

I feel like we are just making the house worse by tearing up the walls, ripping up the carpet, taking out the plumbing, and punching holes in the ceiling. Oh wait, we are. Again, WHAT WERE WE THINKING?!

Some things to notice in this picture....

First the doorway. Kory is about 6 inches taller than it, and bumps his head every time! That isn't tile on the wall, it is plastic made to look like tile. Which in turn means the super glue holding it on won't come off, which leads to us knocking out the wall.

We then come to realize there are about 4 different layers of wallpaper. I think the people that used to live here liked to slap a different design on about every ten years.
We think this one is 50's or 60's.

This one is maybe 30's or 40's.

And this we think is the smallest full bathroom known to man. ( notice no shower)

Why can't we live normally?!

So, ever since I married my wonderful husband I have been living out of a suitcase! He was playing baseball all over the country in the summer, and now that we are back in Utah, we still are living out of our suitcases!
We got a house in Ogden about a month and a half ago but only lived in it for a week! This house was built in the 30's and so dated! We moved out so we could renovate the bathroom. ( since there is only one) So now we are in between my parent's house and Kory's parent's house. When will it end?!!! P. S. I am excited to post before, and after pictures!

This last week we had the opportunity to babysit my brothers kids while him and his wife went to New York.

Landon 2, Kate 3, and Ethan 6.

They are so cute! It was fun, but I would be lying if I said it wasn't a little hectic. My brother taught Landon to "break dance" while at the same time saying "Yo, yo, yo, yo". He is a tank, so whenever he was doing his moves he would crash into Kate, or Ethan all the time! While they were crying he would just smile and say sorry then start his routine all over again. I have high hopes for him to be a NFL football player someday.

I can't believe my little sister had her farewell on Sunday already. It just barely seems like she opened her calling to Zurich, Switzerland!( I can't believe she is leaving on Wednesday ) Well, since our grandparents that live in Arizona couldn't come I decided to take an impromptu trip with Kellie to go visit them.

They are 85, and 82. I love them! They are both so active!

However, whenever Kellie and I go down to Arizona we have to take advantage of it and go to all of our favorite places;

The picture above is a fast food restaurant called Some Burros. They have the best Mexican food ever! (Az has a lot of Mexican joints down there, but this is the best for being fast, cheap, and having great food.)
After dinner, we went to our other favorite place called Bahama Bucks. This place has the BEST shaved ice with cream! Dang, it is so good! We went there 3 times in our 2 day trip. Ha, ha.

Yeah, in Arizona they are handing out Snow balls!!! Just to throw at each other! I don't think we're in Utah anymore Toto.....

Grandpa insisted that we help him with his shaved ice. We just didn't know how much he insisted till the ice was in our mouth!

We also had an amazing opportunity to go to the Mesa Temple with our Grandma and do some temple work for Grandpa's Mother, Grandmother, and sisters. It was the most incredible experience.

Thank you all for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers. We are doing well, and we know Kory's Dad doesn't have to suffer anymore, and he is in a better place.

For the last couple weeks of baseball, Kory played for a new team in St. George of all places. Here are some photo's I found of Kory on the team's website.

This was my job pretty much for the first half of the summer. Rooting on my husband at the baseball games! It was awesome. Don't worry those of you who like watching Kory play also, we are just done for the summer, we'll consider next summer!

There are some really great benefits coming home for the summer. We will be with our family more, we get to go to my friend Danielle's wedding, I get to see off my sister when she goes on her mission to Zurich, Switzerland. We get to be here for birthdays, BBQ's, camping, fishing, hunting season.....(Kory can't wait for those last 3) Kory hasn't been able to do any of those fun summer things for the last 8 years. We are really looking forward to the next couple months of summer!

This is my Father in law. Gene Thomas Wayment.
He passed away this last week, I am so sorry I didn't get to know this man better. I learned so much about him at his funeral and I am so glad to find out what a great father Kory had.
His obituary is right here.
We have had so much love and support from our family, and friends. Thank You! However, we have decided we want to take the rest of the summer off from baseball and be here with our family right now. Kory can't wait to go fishing with his brothers!!

Well, I have nothing to blog about lately. Me, and Kory are having fun out here. I am really, really excited for my sister to come and visit us over the weekend and go with us up to Winnipeg, Canada. I've missed her a lot!!
Which reminds me, the other day I was walking into walmart and I saw 2 missionaries come out. I don't know why but I got so happy and went up to them and said how glad I was to see them out here. They were very sweet and talked to me for awhile. Man, I love our church.

I dunno, I can't say that I am homesick as of yet. The hardest times I have is when Kory goes out of town and I don't go with him! Which is now. (hence the post) As for missing everyone of course I do! But I think I am doing ok because I know I'll see them in a few short months, and I have Kory here to keep me company!

Kory, and the Redhawks are in Chicago this week and won't be back until Friday. I'm really excited to hear them play. Kory has been out the last couple of games because he pulled a stomach muscle and tonight (17th) will be the first time back! I'll update and let everyone know how it went!

3.It is legal to drink at 18.(man, we saw some DRUNK 18 year olds)
4.There are about 10 homeless people on every block

Finally taking the tarp off!!

I don't know who was more nervous for Kory's first game, him or me! I didn't think he would even play. It rained, and rained, and rained all day, so we thought RAIN OUT. Nope. They postponed the game from 7 to 730 to 8 to 830. First pitch was actually at 845. Agh. It was FREEZING! I had 2 sweatshirts on, huge redhawks jacket, and I still couldn't get warm enough, but I couldn't miss Kory's first game. It paid off, he did awesome!! He pulled off a double play, and got 3 base runs, and did lots of other good things I didn't really understand. I was so proud!!

Fargo, North Dakota.......

As soon as we got to Fargo, Kory took me on a tour of the town........

First we went to the Newman field where the Redhawks play. I got really excited to see Kory play. We went out to dinner at Chili's that night and the next day we went to church (which was awesome! I love going to our church outside of Utah, you can get a different perspective of how amazing our church is.) Kory then had to go meet someone to help him start warming up again for the season. He was a little rusty, but he says its ok because its just like "Riding a bike". Psh.

I sat in the stands and familiarized myself with the stadium. It was fun..... :)

Everything went great! I'm glad all the planning is over with.

We went to Palm Springs and did absolutely nothing but watch movies and lay by the pool. It was awesome!

My sister will most likely post some pictures on her blog from the wedding, and I'll post some more later!
We are now off to Fargo, North Dakota on Friday, the 30th for the summer. Yikes! So much to do! We can't wait.

Well, I have been such a horrible blogger lately. I have been super busy with this wedding, but it will all be worth it in a week!
I have had a couple of showers in this last week, and I am still so amazed that people will give me, and Kory things for our wedding. Not that we don't need things, but people are just so generous!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me, comforted me, and have been so generous and nice to us! As for everyone who didn't get to see our announcement, here it is!

Well, I am very proud of myself to say that I finally got out my invitations!! Whew! (even though they are a little late)
Also, Kory and I have decided that he should play baseball this summer. So, we are going to North Dakota one week after we get back from our honeymoon, and play for the Fargo Redhawks.
Yikes! So, I now have this little thing to stress out about besides the wedding. Goody.
I am also so excited to say that my little sister Kellie has just turned in her mission papers on Monday. She is going to be the best missionary! Plain and simple. She has so much on her plate right now, she is the vice president of the University of Utah institute, she is studying like crazy because she is getting her bachelors degree in Child Life in May, for which she has to intern as a volunteer once a week, and on top of everything she works as a nanny full time. I don't know how she has a smile on her face every time I get the opportunity to see her, but she does. I love ya Kel!

We are in the final stages of planning this thing, and I am stressed out to the max! Am I typical? Man, I hope so.

Kory plays AAA baseball and is able to get people to "do stuff for him", well when we were dating I told him that he should get me a pink pro baseball bat if he could really pull that off, and.......

Thats right!! My very own personally labeled maple bat from Canada! I love my future hubby!

My nephew Ryan was given permission to actually touch the bat for a minute if he was careful with it, and he was so dang excited!

Now we need to get one in Ryan's size!

We were a little late this year getting together for my Mom's annual easter egg/basket hunt, we are starting to get more and more people in the family so it gets harder for all of us to get together.

I never look forward to getting my picture taken. Especially when its cold outside, I'm sick, and still trying to catch up on my sleep. I can blame that on forgetting to put my ring on the first couple of pictures....right?

My Sister
took these pictures of us. I am so lucky she is such an amazing photographer, I found myself being able to let her control everything with the photo shoot. I guess its because I trust her so much and her ability, let alone her being my big sister which means I'm supposed to do what she tells me.
